Cardinal Sin is dead

Cardinal Jaime Sin the Filipino cardinal that brought democracy to the Philippines died today.
Cardinal Sin was a no-nonsense cleric who believed and lived the teachings of the Magesterium.
Requiescant in pace good and faithful servant.

Tsunami warning

There is a tsunami warning for the US !
There was a massive earthquake off the coast of California there is a tsunami warning for the entire west coast of the US and Canada.
I guess the earth is mad at us, or perhaps it was just the Whacko Jacko ruling.

God Bless you please Mrs. Robinson

Anne Bancroft died today. She is probably most famous for her role in The Graduate with a young Dustin Hoffman.
Ms. Bancroft was more than Mrs. Robinson, she was a fantastic actress and I remember her playing Helen Keller’s teacher Anne Sullivan in the Miracle Worker.
