Federal Agents released confidential information collected pursuant to federal law. The federal agents provided the confidential info to local police to allow them to mount a large scale organized fishing expedition that involved questioning of neighbors and family members of the affected law abiding citizens.

Someone from the HHS called this morning and asked that I complete an on-line credentialing process, which I have done.

I also received an email from HHS asking me to fill out and fax back another form. Did that too.

So I am glad that they are aware that I want to help and looking for [...]
